Sophie Mill and her family have had a sea change over
the last five years. Now living in Newcastle, Sophie is
able to paint and write.

Sophie's achievements, since her last solo exhibition at
the Moree Gallery, have included solo exhibitions at
"The Waterfront" Olympic Park, "Tighes Hill Gallery"
Newcastle, "Rothbury Estate" Hunter Valley whilst also
displaying her works in the exclusive "Pymble Gallery"
Sydney, "Montville Gallery" Noosa. "The Fox Studio's"
Sydney and the "Moree Gallery".

In 2009 Sophie attended the "Sotheby's Institute of Art"
based in New York. Whilst studying "Contemporary Art
Markets" in New York and Europe, Sophie was able to
collect many business ideas. Today, Sophie opens her
studio and garden (once a month) for 'Epicurean' art
days. With Sophie's art direction, people are taught to
let go of fear and in turn find freedom in their own
contemporary paintings. The day is set around a
beautifully set table with gourmet lunch, prepared by
chefs and fine wines personally selected by Robyn
Drayton Wines.

The International art group, based in Italy, invited
Sophie to exhibit 3 works at the "Estense Castle" 23rd
October 2010. Her works were chosen by "Trevisan
International Art Group" board of Art Directors because
of her personal and powerful abstract art. It was also
said, Sophie has a natural interaction of spaces, forms,
colour and connection which create an intense and
emotional result able to go beyond the physical limits.

Today, Sophie is represented by the "Trevisan
International Art Group" Italy, alongside "Pymble
Gallery", Sydney. Sophie Mill and Gig Moses are friends,
therefore Sophie will continue to exhibit with the "Moree
Gallery".
